Outdoor training in Free run park Utrechtse brug in the Martin Luther Kingpark. We use the existing training materials (like pull up bars and steps), and I bring over 100 kg of sports equipment with me in my electric cargo bike! Participation is open to all experience levels. I can adjust the exercises to your individual needs, even if you have any injuries or limitations.
